Why grandmothers Don't have rights in the state of Florida?
I am a grandma that loves all of her grandkids, and when one is taken away and I want rights to see the child I can not because If the mother chooses not to allow me to I can't do anything about it I was told only the father, but she won't allow him as a father to see him. She has taken him out of daycare, she has relocated so we can not have access to him in no kind of way. I have raised this child since he was the age of 2 months old until 1yr after the parents broke up. How come the state of Alabama has grandparents rights and this big productive state of Florida does not? I am determined to see him, It's like the parable in the bible "THE PRODIGAL SON" Luke 15:11-32, He was lost but one day he was found. I am determined to have my grandson back in my arms giving granny loving kisses and we singing our granny song. This is my first blog and I am not sure how it works but like I SAID I AM DETERMINED.......
